Return & Refund Policy

Return a Product

We are committed to making sure you are completely satisfied. We have a 30-day return policy, if by chance you would like to return a stock product within 30 days after receiving, all we ask is the following:

 

1: Obtain a return shipping label by emailing our customer service department service@oklab.com.

2: Return products with original packaging, print the return shipping label and put it into the shipping carton.

 

Additional Details

1: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

2: The return shipping labels are valid 5 days from the issue.

3: All returned products are subject to inspection. Products displaying use, misuse, or other damage will not be accepted.

4: After the returned products pass the inspection, we will send you new products or a refund. It will take about 5 business days to receive the refund.

5: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6: Please note that custom or made-to-order products are non-cancellable and non-returnable, except if the product is defective.

7: Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

8: Return shipping labels are valid 20 days after receiving. After 20 days, unless otherwise provided in a specific warranty, only products found to be defective are accepted for repair or replacement for a period of one year from the invoice date.

9: Select products do not qualify for a refund based on usage.

10: All products in the store can be made, however, some products are out of stock. Please contact us without hesitation and we will speed up the production for you.

11: If the return is for personal reasons, only the payment for goods can be refunded, and the buyer needs to pay the round-trip freight, taxes, and customs taxes.

12: If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

13: If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
